“Melanie was great! We needed someone to take care of our English Bulldog while we visited Fort Sumter on our visit to Charleston. Melanie was able to accommodate our last minute request with only about two hours notice. She responded to my message almost instantly and was very communicative before and during the sitting. She even sent me a message afterwards when she found out his treats got left behind after we picked up our boy. Great service, and Romeo enjoyed his stay with her!”

8. Lauren M.
“Lauren I a very compassionate, sincere and loving person. That being said; she has been walking dogs with us for over 3 years now. She can coax a small , fearful dog to want to walk and enjoy and she can handle a large breed without hesitation . It’s her love of all animals that makes her special. She is very conscientious when it comes to how the client wants the dog walked, fed or crated. She is also considerate to all those around her when walking and keeps to a very tight schedule. I highly recommend her.”
9. Nicole C.
“Nicole has watched my dog, Sadie, many times over the past year and has done an excellent job. Sadie's needs were attended to including potty breaks, food, and play. Nicole also made sure that Sadie was comfortable and let me know if there was anything I should be aware of. She is a very responsible, trustworthy, and caring person and will take good care of your pet!”

12. Amy W.
“I started having Amy come and help me take care of my "Frankie". She has so far been very reliable and she sends me messages and pictures with each one of her visits. I'm sure Frankie is very happy to see her come so she can play with him and let him go potty. He hasn't complained yet!!”
13. Marisa R.
“Marisa is very good at caring for animals at different behavioral levels and with different skill sets. Her personal dogs are very well-trained and respond to many different commands, both practical and entertaining. Overall, she is very trustworthy and creates a strong bond with her animals as well as others. She immediately bonded with my cat and fell into a routine of taking care of him very quickly. Neither my cat nor my dogs are particularly sociable, so I was pleasantly surprised when they all relaxed around a new person and seemed to trust her very quickly, thank you Marisa!”
14. Melisa D.
“She is the best! Was so good with our dog. She took him on long walks and took so many pics!”

About: I have been around animals since I was born. I have owned dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, you name it. I am also an equestrian, so I understand the huge responsibilities that go into taking care of animals. I have done four years of volunteering at an animal shelter taking care of the dogs, and have lots of experience with puppies up to seniors. Each dog is different which is why it is so important to be attentive in watching behavior and body language to ensure that they are getting the best care offered. I am also a huge cat lover and enjoy taking the time to earn their trust. I am a full-time student and the College of Charleston and also have a part-time job as well. I am hoping to pick up services anytime I am available and would definitely love to create a consecutive schedule with anyone who needs it! I am able to care for pets however they need to be cared for in their home. Crates, pens, being let out into a fenced area, walking, etc., whatever they require I am able to do.

17. Grayson D.
“Grayson did a fantastic job giving our big darling some exercise. She was responsible, safe and loving to our pup. We will definitely book Grayson again.”
18. Laura R.
“Laura is a trustworthy, punctual self-starter who immediately senses what the dogs and their owners need! She loves all animals and having spent her life around horses, has an innate sense of how to handle them. We have 3 miniature dachshunds and she immediately each of their different personalities and quirks. One of our three was abused as a puppy and is wary of everything and everyone. Within 15 minutes of meeting Laura, he crawled up in her lap. I've NEVER seen him do that! When she comes to walk them, they all get excited just to see her! We have just moved to the area and she has not only been a Godsend for our dogs but she senses and has helped me learn our new area with recommendations and helped tame our chaos at home! I consider her to be a wonderful new friend and we (the dogs and their people) are grateful to have her in our lives! Thank you Laura!”
19. Arin K.
About: We've had dogs my whole life. When I was born, we had 4 goldens. At points we've had as many as 6. I've always been involved with their care and training, and I even had my own dog for agility training! I love dogs of all sizes and ages, and am pretty good at handling anything! I can administer medicine and help with training too, though I'm definitely not a trainer. All in all I'm an animal loving college student who loves to work with pets! I'm currently working part-time at an ice cream shop, but I'll be totally free Fridays and Saturdays, plus plenty of time outside of work during the week! During the school year, I have classes but that means I'm even more flexible! Generally I will follow any and all guidelines that I've been given by the pet owner, that's always the priority! Keeping pets happy, comfortable, and safe is always my priority :)
